	You will get a kernel panic if you don't update the initramfs after 
install. i.e. after dpkg -i, do:

update-initramfs -u -k 2.6.35-rc6-vaioz

and

update-grub ( because the initramfs won't have existed when first installed. )

	If not using Ubuntu, the the equivalents need to obviously be run.
