Yes, but only via the laptop HDMI port, I have not been able to get the media dock video card to work and I would suggest that you don't install the ATI Radeon drivers - proprietary or otherwise - and remove the mesa glx packages for radeon/ati as well since they will interfere with your Intel drivers.

No, just using the latest unstable packages from Debian repository.
