Thanks for the heads up,

a lot of people have reported incompatibilities and problems with clean 
installs of 12.10. I wonder how it would fair if upgrading from 12.04.
Right now, I'm still on 12.04 and everything is working really well 
(after a lot of effort) so I don't want to take the risk cause I'm 
really busy at work. Maybe in the holidays when I'll have time I'll try 
it out. I just wish I had btrfs on / so that I could revert to the old 
snapshot if it didn't work.
