Hello,

since one of the latest kernel upgrade the battery care limiter is no
longer working.
The sony-laptop module is running and the
/sys/devices/platform/sony-laptop/battery_care_limiter file contains
the value "80" which was always working correctly.

The kernel I am using is 3.8.6-gentoo (from gentoo-sources).
sudo lsmod |grep sony
sony_laptop            40793  0

What's the problem?
