A couple of people offered, but need to get the site running before I
approach hosting, as it is only then I can assess required resources (e.g.
mysql database backend requirements etc). This could take a while as well,
because I have my A2 Cie exams coming up within half a month.

I'll make the application. Btw, do you know if there is a registered LoCO
team for this project or not?
