Estimados, actualmente yo administro un ciber cafe, en la que tengo
instalado Ubuntu, quizás no lo tenga configurado como lo solía tener en
windows, pero yo he solucionado bastantes problemas que he teniendo en el
camino.

1-. Primero el mas importante que tuve en el inicio al migrar fue como
controlar las PCs, por lo que seguí utilizado "Control de ciber".. tuve
algunos inconveniente para configurar pero después de solucionarlos, ha
funcionado de maravilla, lo que sí perdí la funcionalidad de control remoto
que me ofrecía la aplicación, pero fue reemplazada utilizando otra
aplicacion. aquí les dejo el link  "http://www.cbm.com.ar/";.

2.- El otro problema que tenia era la impresora compartida, pero solo eran
configuraciones que se debían realizar.

3. Un  problema extra era lograr tener todas las aplicaciones que
utilizaban los clientes, como por ejemplo Office, editores de imagenes,
chat, etc... esto con el tiempo ha sido bastante tedioso, ya que existe
resistencia al cambio, existen aplicaciones que tienen versiones
disponibles para linux, pero las que no el cliente suele no gustarle por un
tiempo.


Si de algún modo, ustedes conocen alguna mejor manera de realizar las cosas
para un ciber café me gustaría estar apoyando en esta labor.  Ya que
actualmente no poseo ninguna administración muy especialidad ,ya que cada
maquina funciona por separado con un par de directorios compartidos, mas
impresora y software de contabilización de tiempo.

Actualmente no poseo control sobre muchas cosas que son importantes
controlar en un cyber cafe.
