One week after 0.3.0, here is 0.3.1 including an important fix that
prevented all users in timezones greater than UTC (+xx:xx) to be able to
sync notes with the sd card.

Version 0.3.1 - fundationem (fixed with a tie wrap)
* Fixed important parsing issue with notes in +xx:xx timezones (#520543)
* Fixed error-reporting of date parsing errors
* Only one error displayed per synchronization attempts instead of one per
note

Sorry for the bug. I hope I won't release a version buggy for half of the
world ever again. Promise!

My blog post about 0.3.0 (well, 0.3.1) and what I have in mind for 0.4
should come in the next couple of days. I'll keep you posted.
