There are two bugs concerning sync at the moment:
#1074602 	Tomdroid does not send the "create-data" field in JSON when
web syncing
#1074676 	First sync on tomdroid fails because of wrong
LATEST_SYNC_REVISION

But this might not be the only issues. I also experienced problems
from time to time. However, it is very difficult to debug the sync
process, as we don't have any insights into the server logs. But this
is getting better at the moment, as Timo Dörr developed a new sync
server called Rainy
(http://exceptionrethrown.wordpress.com/2012/11/04/announcing-rainy-a-poor-mans-tomboy-snyc-server/)
which can be easily installed on everyone's desktop pc and has
extensive logging build in.
So if someone wants to test syncing, this would be great.
