Hi,
I rebuilt jwm-settings-manager to fix a small issue with the new themes.
I also removed the Applications from the places menu... this was only
useful when using Rox.

I rebuilt fladduser for a minor improvement.

I also rebuilt the torios core.
This adds gksu to the lineup since most people want it.
I did some other additions to the control, just to ensure needed
packages get installed.

I also modified the post install scripts to update the user's
directories. (this helps with new installs, and building the live CD.
