e. lsb-release

You must reset lsb-release to the original Ubuntu 12.04 LTS content.
Otherwise for example 'add-apt-repository' does not work.

provide and want the following icons (which will probably help you get
them displayed). You might keep/modify the tweaks to get red icons in
ToriOS live.

Having these three icons makes it work in menus, file browsers and
desktop files also in Lubuntu Wily (to be 15.10) so not only in 12.04
based systems. I have tested mkusb 9.1.6 in Debian Jessie.
