Hi everyone,
with all my recent changes to menus, and still a few more to be made, I
decided to move the menus to a different package entirely.
This will make it much easier to keep track of what is changing for the
menus, and roll back to earlier commits, and for people to contribute.

So, that said I already created the project and built the package in the
PPA.  I am currently doing a test build of jwm-settings-manager to make
sure I built it correctly before sending it to lp to rebuild and get
sent out to all the ToriOSidores!

I will keep you all posted
