Hi again,

I tested mkpxpy and it worked too, created a good grub.cfg and in turn
good grub menus.

You wonder why - well, I tried in another computer because I wanted to
have several installed systems also in the case when I installed into a
whole drive. It is a desktop 'cube' bought 2008 with

description: Motherboard
product: ASUS M2N-VM DVI

description: CPU
product: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+

So the problem is not general. I'll check more in the Toshiba laptop,
what is really happening there. If ToriOS works well in most old
computers, and has problems in some new ones like my Toshiba from 2013
with Intel i5 and switchable between UEFI and BIOS, maybe we can live
with it :-P

Best regards
Nio
