Ali, we have not released the RC.
Beta is in beta status.
So I decided to make a new ISO file for the upcoming RC.
The ISO available is not the released RC. We are doing builds to create
the RC.
It is not the Release Candidate, (there have been no public posts about
this), but it is easier to zsync if we keep the same file name
throughout the build process.
So, the RC filename is there to be different from the Beta file.

If you want to rename the file until we have the fully working RC we can.
