Hey guys this one has the fix in for the dbus issue,
and should work all around better.
The swap issue is fixed (at least in my testing)
The wallpaper issue can be fixed in a system update, or I can rebuild 
again if need be once we test the updates.

@Nio check the grub with extra USB drives issue.

IF everything looks good I dub this RC

I will concentrate on the chown for the pcmanfm conf.
