Hi Israel,
For the past few installs I've noticed that upon just choosing the 'i - install ToriOS-i386-jessie' option in OBI, even though I have a swap partition, I never see any prompts to choose a swap partition or not.  Is that expected behaviour?

Live session: 'Shutdown Computer' from the menu has no effect; Shutdown via the desktop icon works okay.

Update to last email: I did 'Reload Desktop' and the menus were as expected.  :)

Live session: I'm observing nothing under Places menu when clicked and the Apps menu is back to only being partially populated.
