Hi every one,
It's sad to hear that you're feeling that sick Ali, but I can hope nothing
less than the best and fast recovery possible! Doing sports is very good
for your health and including for your life habits. You create a great
routine with it :)
As Nio mentioned, stick to your plan, get better first!
