Doing sports is very good for your health and including for your life
habits. You create a great routine with it :)
Indeed. I already started to feel different. However, I was so tired
today so I woke up at 6:45am as usual (for a week now) and went out to
walk for 30mins then came back and had to sleep. I admit that I'm not
yet taking 100% care of myself as I'm still working on other stuff here
and there but I can't believe I'm doing some sport and eating better and
sleeping early. This is for me a huge thing but sure, I need to do better.
As Nio mentioned, stick to your plan, get better first!
Will do my best. More walking, more sun, summing and eating well .. of
course sleeping more than 5 hours ... I guess I must carry on and oh,
taking Vitamin D once a week (as per the doctor) too.

It's not too bad, and you have a good back to come back to good
health.
Please stick to the plan, don't rush, enjoy life, and do as much as
feels good in our project, not too early, not too much :-)
