Hi Nio,
First things I would like about this issue is the logfile for obi pae 
installer
It should be located on the drive at:
LOG="/home/$USERNAME/pae-kernel-install.log"
i.e.
~/pae-kernel-install.log
of the installed system.
This will help me find out (round about) where the issue is.
