Hi,

I just want to report a minor issue: Having used the installer
"bzr-setup-1.11-1.exe", only the file "doc/tbzr/index.html" from the
TortoiseBZR documentation is installed, not the files "intro.html",
"preferences.html" etc. Thus, the links in "index.html" are dead. I
haven't tested if it's the same with the python-based installers or the
"non-admin" installer.
