To reproduce launch usb creator and then and opne a terminal and run
ubuntu-bug usb-creator-gtk .  I get an error message saying that usb-
creator-gtk is not an offical package in wily.

I have usb-creator-gtk  usb-creator-gtk:

I expected to be able to file my bug with usb-creator-gtk. I could not
get apport to allow me to file a bug on this package. I could file this
bug on apport with this package either through ubuntu-bug usb-creator-
gtk or ubuntu-bug -w and clicking on the usb-creator window.
