An option to get the md5sum with in option of `md5sum` won't be
added<ref>https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/coreutils/+bug/1453009</ref>,
so I'd be good to add the command `md5sum < the_file | cut -b1-32` as an
example to the manpage.
