[Bug 1470096] [NEW] Can't find apps with special chars in name

Open app store on device (I'm using krillin with OTA-4)
Type "Pop that wrap!" in the search term and you should find this app

Expectation
* App is found
Actual
* App is not found
Note: remove the exclamation point from the search and the app is found.
