The issue was described upstream on

i-am-triaged-it-until-48-alpha-from-flatpak-and-it-is-working-there but
is a launchpad translation problem

is translated on launchpad as

Підготовлення до переміщення #x27;d файлу

where upstream is

Підготовлення до переміщення %'d файла

the 'x27;' is buggy, someone from the uk translation team needs to
select the upstream variant of those translations
