Hi All,

A little while back someone reported
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-accomplishments-viewer/+bug/994890
which is essentially suggesting that our translations should not be
open as our quality is comprimized.

This opens up a wider question about translations. How can we keep the
bar low to contribution, but ensure quality. Does anyone have any
suggestions around the best way to manage this?
