I think your suggestion has some merits: I think it would need a
voiceover.  Something that raises curiosity and promotes expectation
without giving any concrete information.  Something with a mystical
flavour ....  at the moment, approaching Christmas, "Don't be afraid, we
bring you fantastic news" comes to mind ....

With your approach, the music needs to be gentle and a bit 'new-agey'.
like Waybuloo Yogo music (those with small kids or grandkids will
know ...).

The one thing no one here has mentioned (yet) is the question of budget.
Is there one?  Could it run to tv advertising?
