I like the launchpad tag across projects because it's simplest to use and
see, but I'm not the one who's using the end-result - so take it with a
grain of salt :)
Note on that URL that you can also sort those bugs by the project too.
Another advantage is you don't need to care about which projects are
tracked (any project's bug can have the chosen tag added - which could be a
disadvantage too I guess).
