Yes, that's why I assumed I can't upload anything there, because I'm not 
a core dev, and not a member of ubuntu-desktop.

Well, there's certainly work that can be done in parallel, e g, figuring 
out why the bluez5 package hangs in the postinst script (at least it 
does so here). And there are other packages that should be uploaded to 
the ppa as well, e g, the bluez 5 version of the bluetooth indicator?
