[Bug 910061] [NEW] [Eir] Any input in /query with eir is interpreted as comment
Public bug reported:
When a ban is set, eir opens a /query, waiting for input (comment).
However, as #ubuntu-ops we have agreed to manage our bans (btset
commands) in the monitor channel.
Once a ban is sufficiently commented, whatever you enter in a /query
with eir (for example btinfo or btpending commands) is interpreted as
comment for the last ban set, replacing the original comment with your
most recent btinfo/btpending commands.
It seems that only lines starting with !btset should be interpreted as
containing specifics and comments, as opposed to interpret every
response in the /query as being comment.
** Affects: ubuntu-bots
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
