Pessoal, agradeço a força que deram com o casodo Nivaldo.
Ele resolveu com a seguinte dica de um amigo:

1. Baixe o arquivo
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/e/eglibc/libc6_2.15-0ubuntu10.3_i386.deb.
2. Copie o arquivo para a pasta "/var/cacha/apt/archives/"
3. Execute novamente o comando "sudo apt-get dist-upgrade"
