Thank you for the response. I sent an email to Brian Murray (not the
list) letting him know that I had found the answer to the bug when
someone else subscribed the Universe sponsors.

For Bug 252287, I learned from Stefan Ebner that the Ubuntu-Universe
Sponsors should have been subscribed to take care of the sync request.
Maybe this kind of information could be added to the wiki
documentation.

I no longer have questions about the wiki documentation. If I do have
questions in the future, I will ask on #ubuntu-bugs.
