Come to find out I was including bug reports that the
ubuntu-crashes-universe team was not a subscriber, which is kind of
silly since we can't do anything about them.

Anyway, I've removed them now and this changed the numbers by about 220
bug reports. So we are now down to 2623 which is a change of about 300
. Thanks for helping out everyone!

hggdh was also asking about how often the report is updated and the
answer is irregularly - it depends on when the staging database gets
updated. So I stuck in a last updated bit at the bottom of the report.
