In an #ubuntu-bugs conversation (2010-02-07) micahg asked me to create
the https://launchpad.net/hamlib project and link it to the upstream
SourceForge project page "so we can set upstream bugs for it". I must
admit though, that I don't quite understand the purpose of these
"pseudo-projects" in Launchpad.
