I might have said this before but the confusion may come from the fact
that the word triaged is confusing because it is a *process* and a bug
state. Additionally, a bug state that applicants to Ubuntu Bug Control
actually can't!
So a phrase like 'five or more bug reports you have helped improve'
would avoid such confusion. Additionally, I'd rather sort this grammar
out on the wiki page in the event it is preventing people from applying.
