As an addendum, we look for bugs in Ubuntu only. These bugs will
have '(Ubuntu)' after the package name, in the 'Affects' box. For
example,
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/767691
Bugs that do not have '(Ubuntu)' after the package name are *not*
Ubuntu bugs; as such, we should not touch them. When a bug has
multiple packages/tasks, we will still restrict our actions to the
Ubuntu packages and/or tasks.

To clarify a bit more: we want *your* take on what importance should
be, *together* with your reasoning. Being able to assign Importance
is one of the capabilities restricted to Bug-Control, and we want to
know if you understand the process.

-1 from me also. Declining the application for now.
