I think it's great that we'll have someone with a focus on translation
issues, it's something that sometimes gets ignored.  A couple of
questions in-line:

Does this need to be filed upstream as well?  Why or why not?

What should we do if the submitter never translates this?  What other
information do you think we need here in order to mark this bug as
triaged?
