Hi, thanks for applying to the team and taking the time to answer all of
these questions. I did a bit of detective work though and discovered
that you are already a member of the team. Which leads to my next
question inline.

Could you elaborate some more as to what abilities you are looking for?

If it is about nominating a bug task to a series this is something
Ubuntu Bug Control can do, if its about adding a task for a series
(accepting a nomination) that is not something Ubuntu Bug Control can
do, as you may have noticed. This ability is restricted to uploaders of
the package or people in the poorly named ubuntu-release-nominators.
However, we've had some discussion about removing the target to series
restriction.
