Hello everybody,

here's what's lined up in terms of governance restaffing in 2013:

2013-05-20	Kubuntu Council (David Wonderly, Harald Sitter,
				 Jonathan Thomas)
2013-07-05	Forum Council (Iowan, s.fox)
2013-10-06	Technical Board
2013-10-17	Community Council (Daniel Holbach, Elizabeth Krumbach,
 				   Martin Albisetti, Laura Czajkowski,
				   Scott Ritchie, Milo Casagrande (2
				   days later))
2013-11-19	LoCo Council (Chris Crisafulli, Laura Czajkowski,
			      Sergio Meneses)
2013-12-20 	Edubuntu Council
2013-12-28	IRC Council

Additionally there's the Membership Boards which have some members
expiring 2013-04-03 (Mathieu Trudel-Lapierre, Penelope Stowe, Iulian
Udrea), some 2013-07-19/20 (Martin Albisetti, n0rman) and some
2013-08-23 (Eleanor Chen, Jared Norris). With all the other restaffing
activities this year we decided to restaff the Membership Boards just
once this year.
