Thanks again to everyone who has signed on to help with this project.  
I've updated the Table of Contents with notes from the meeting.  We need 
someone to write the Controls chapter - Can someone cover that?

Here's the current list of chapter titles and authors:

1. Introduction
2. Python Quick Start - rick-spencer3 & nissh
    - Reading and writing files with Python
3. 'Quickly' build an application - didrocks & ubuntujenkins
4. Glade for UI building - rick-spencer3 & ubuntujenkins
    - writing code to respond to signals from that UI

Optional Topics - you get them done, we'll include them, but we don't 
want them to be blockers to 1.0
