You could also add the launcher to menu of your choosing. I choose
Administration. To do this go to Preference => Main Menu. Choose New
Item under Administration and type in:

Name: Add/Remove...
Command:/usr/bin/gnome-app-install
Comment:Install and remove applications

Then you will get the Add/Remove launcher under Administration!
