Public bug reported:

when using wireless on eee pc 901 (ubuntu eee), wireless works a bit
sluggishly (as every time i startup, i have to config wireless again for
it to work). Main problem/bug: using wireless network with wpa psk works
fine usually, but using wireless network with NO passwords required (i
have tested only with zyxel g-2000 ap) connection is extremely hard to
get up.
