Depending on the software, there may be a more recent version available in
the author's/project's PPA.  The only caveat is that when you upgrade
Ubuntu the PPA is deactivated so you'll need to add it back.

This error should not impact the execution of the program. Apparmor is used
to add extra security to programs.
