Hi, 

I want to ask if we can set the project translation permissions from
Open to Structured. Main reason came when one user
(https://launchpad.net/~nerijusgargzduose) began to translate (to
lithuanian language) only with google translate (copy-paste). We can't
stop him to do this unnecessary work when permissions are set to Open.
