Hi all,

Unfortunately the IRC council is using #ubuntu-meeting for their meeting
at 2000UTC, so we won't be able to use it.

I think it would be best to move our meeting to the #ubuntu-manual
channel, where we have a MootBot instance running. I have updated the
channel topic and wiki appropriately.
