Re: Edition?

I suggest that we keep the edition within the context of an Ubuntu version.
So:

title = "Getting Started with Ubuntu 10.04", subtitle = "First edition"
title = "Getting Started with Ubuntu 10.04", subtitle = "Second edition"
title = "Getting Started with Ubuntu 10.04", subtitle = "Third edition"
.
.
title = "Getting Started with Ubuntu 10.10", subtitle = "First edition"
title = "Getting Started with Ubuntu 10.10", subtitle = "Second edition"
.
.

This way people don't need to keep track of historical counts, just counts
within each Ubuntu release, and we don't have the first release for Ubuntu
12.04 "Pervy Penguin" be subtitled Edition #54 or something like that.
