Re: Meeting and some other stuff

 

Just adding my two cents...

Like Benjamin suggested let's all try really hard to get stuck into
writing/editing this weekend. It'd be great if we could knock over a large
percentage of the remaining work but *especially* any content still needing
to be written.

Early next week I'll be putting out a call for editors to send me an update
on how complete their allocated chapter(s) are on a scale of 1 to 10. It
will be a bit of an estimate I know, but should give us a better
approximation of how close we are to finishing. These stats will also be
compiled and used to inform our progress bar (which you can see on the
wiki<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-manual>and
OMGUbuntu <http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/>).

Can't wait to see that progress bar sitting at 100!
