We need to remove the terminal chapter and merge the introduction to the
terminal to another chapter. Also, some other chapters could probably be
renamed to sound less intimidating.

As for point 5, we should re-think the colour scheme. Remove brick red and
instead use aubergine and maybe a darker orange for links. I also want a
more prominent cover page, perhaps aubergine with white or orange font.
Something that sticks out and says that this time, we mean business.

I'll have a look through stuff later this weekend, currently in transit
right now.
