We started working on the guide, but it kind of stalled out. There are
some good documents available concerning the style and tex. I'll have
to look for the links again (or if John or Brian--since I think he's
the one who sent the information to me have them available, that would
be great).
I can say for the most part, you can type normally. If you have
something that you know is going to need formatted, surround it with
{}'s. Then, you can go through what's already there to find out how to
create the tex code. Typically it'll end up being things like
{\Application Menu\then System\then....} or something similar.
Sorry that I couldn't be more help. I'll look for the information this
evening and tomorrow. If I find it again, I'll forward it on to you
(and the list).
