Started spreadsheet for use in organizing the terms for the Index and
Glossary.
I've started the Index work:

Some structural issues that I've noted during this:

   - Ubuntu Desktop: Combine the following subsections?
      - Search files, applications with the Dash
      - Browsing files on your computer
      - Searching for files and folders on your computer
   - Troubleshooting: Move \subsection topics to \section?
