Hello, everyone.

I've delayed the public draft by a day so that we can finish up a bit
of indexing.

One of our indexers ran into computer problems and so I've reassigned
his work to someone else. They should be finished it up today.  I'm
also going to be doing some index work today.

I'll post another message when the public draft is online and ready for review.
