0. Setup LaTeX and pull the current bzr branch [0].
1. Download the po files [1].
2. Extract the zip file and copy your sl.po file to the 'po' directory

Yes and it's necessary. The localised screenshots have to be stored in
the 'screenshots/sl' directory

Yes, you can publish the translated version there, see the threads
'Ubuntu Manual available via software Center' [2] and 'Software Center
update' [3].
